Our customer service team will work with our warehouse team to action this request for you.
If your order has progressed too far in the process, we may not be able to cancel the order. If this is the case, our customer service team will lodge a return request with Australia Post.
If the request with Australia Post is unsuccessful, and you receive the parcel, our customer service team will help in organising a Return Authority and organise a refund once this is back in our warehouse.
