Our warehouse is open and shipping orders daily Monday to Friday. After you have placed your order, we aim to dispatch your items within 1-3 business days. However, please note that dispatch times may vary during busy periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with Tracking Details which can be used to track your item at Australia Post. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to be updated in Australia Post's system.
The estimated delivery time within Australia is approximately 2 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. However, please be aware that these times are only a guide and may vary depending on your location and the availability of stock. If any items are unavailable at the time of dispatch, we will contact you and arrange a refund for the missing items.
If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact Customer Service with your order number and name on delivery and they will get in touch with you to organise a solution.
